Abstract: Learn how to configure Field Service Management to create and schedule new work orders designed for your organization. The lab will cover work order templates, appointment booking, dynamic scheduling, skills, and more. Use Flow Designer to automatically generate follow-up cases in Customer Service Management and Mobile Studio to update the Now Agent mobile app. This lab will use a financial services example to show how to make configurations needed for customers to schedule their own appointments, teams to manage schedules, and customer success advocates to follow-up with the customer post-visit. Once you’ve configured your ServiceNow instance, you’ll be able to show how to book a new appointment, dispatch the task, and act as the field agent to respond to the request via mobile. Familiarity with the Now Platform is recommended.
