Abstract:
ServiceNow Service Catalog enables organizations to charge forward with their digital transformation and deliver a wide range of products and services through a modern and user‑friendly storefront. Your users will enjoy greater self‑service satisfaction and faster request fulfillment, just as they do on their favorite consumer sites.
In this lab, we'll illustrate how Service Catalog codelessly automates workflows and approvals to enable organizations to improve the customer experience. Also, we'll show you how to accelerate service delivery and reduce operational costs. Furthermore, we'll review Service Catalog's APIs using internal portals easy — no heavy scripting or customization required. Finally we'll introduce the benefits behind the Employee Service Center (ESC) widgets with targeted employee content delivery, automated campaigns, and employee communities.
