Abstract:
Poor CMDB data quality is an often-heard theme at most organizations. At K18, Fannie Mae presented how they push CMDB usage beyond traditional ITSM use cases. This year they'll expand on that and deep dive into how they've driven continuous CMDB data quality improvement, increased transparency, and pushed users closer to the data. They did this leveraging native ServiceNow capabilities like data certification, the CMDB health dashboard, and Performance Analytics, together with the flexibility of the ServiceNow platform to create a culture of shared responsibility and drive the CMDB to the center of IT decision-making for their company. This session will cover lessons learned and how they achieved specific outcomes leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
