Abstract:
In 2018, Toyota made the strategic decision to implement ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM). A critical component to this implementation was the connection between APM and the CMDB. Not only did the APM implementation provide greater efficiencies and cost savings, it allowed Toyota to visualize the CMDB through APM. This session will focus on the APM Portal, CMDB and the TPM that Toyota is building.
