Abstract:
The HHS OIG is the oldest and largest of the IGs in the federal government. Since the time that the HHS IG has existed, they have created a legacy environment that has become stale and their applications have not (and for the most part cannot) taken advantage of recent advancements in emerging technologies— users now see their old business processes as status quo. HHS IG’s drive to modernization and digital services has moved them to implement a cloud strategy.
The ServiceNow platform is an integral part of their journey to cloud migration and application modernization— leading with innovative, user centric design efforts to enhance digital services and transformation initiatives. This effort has lowered the barrier to entry, opened the door to new projects, and ensured customer success on the platform.
