Abstract:

Mondelēz International has recently started the journey to transition from a legacy on-premise HCM to Workday, and has successfully implemented ServiceNow to offer employees an upgraded, updated Service Delivery model. In this session, they'll discuss the HCM transformation strategy and how the delivery of the ServiceNow platform has been an integral foundation. They'll also share the specifics of the HR deployment highlighting wins, challenges, and pitfalls.
