Best of luck with your journey with ServiceNow! Here are a few key areas to focus on:

1. ServiceNow basics: Be comfortable with navigation, incident management, and service catalogs.


2. Key Concepts:

ITSM fundamentals (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Workflows and basic automation

Reporting and dashboards

 

3. Technical Skills:

Troubleshooting forms, business rules, and UI policies.

Basic JavaScript (for scripts, business rules).

 

4. Resources:

ServiceNow documentation

ServiceNow Developer Portal

YouTube tutorials for hands-on learning. There are many channels to learn basics, here are the links :

 

1. Atul Grover's Channel - I'd recommend doing CSA and ITSM courses.

2. Basico ServiceNow Learning
