Abstract: Discovering and provisioning cloud environments are keys to our customer' success. For one of our Unisys clients, there is a requirement to support Windows Azure Pack (WAP) with CMP. Even though ServiceNow does not support WAP today, the ServiceNow Platform provides great flexibility for us to leverage CMP framework. We investigated how ServiceNow CMP discovers, provisions, and day 2 operations implemented in ServiceNow. We will show you how to leverage this framework.
