Abstract:

We've heard from our IT Services customers there are a number of initiatives that our IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Business Management (ITBM) solutions address to help their transformation challenges. In this session, we will discuss how initiatives driven by ServiceNow solutions can help address challenges such as dealing with unplanned work and limited resources, and cost effectively delivering great performance in products and services. We'll talk about the initiatives that ITSM and ITBM enable over the course of the presentation.
