Abstract: Creating digital workflows to automate and simplify patch management showcases how Now Platform integrations can improve the enterprise patching challenge. In this session, you will learn about ServiceNow IT’s end to end process from identifying vulnerabilities to auto-closing the ticket in Vulnerability Response. We will review how we automate image snapshots, test and distribute patches, orchestrate patch schedules, and verify patch completion. We will also explore how we identify vulnerable assets with ServiceNow Service Mapping capabilities. Learn how using ITOM and Vulnerability Response together have resulted in significant cost savings, lower corporate risk, and the ability to scale.
