Abstract: Arizona Public Service will present on their successful implementation of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module, integrated with Tenable SecurityCenter, to facilitate vulnerability discovery to remediation in an end-to-end process within ServiceNow. Vulnerability Response allows customers to efficiently assign vulnerabilities to asset owners, provide immediate feedback on remediation efforts, leverage CMDB data to assess true business risk, and report on the security health of Business Services by tracking key performance indicators. APS moved from spending excessive work hours copying vulnerability data from Tenable.SC into ServiceNow tasks to having a seamless integration between work management and vulnerability management.
