Abstract: Application development on the Now Platform can enable IT teams to be faster and more efficient in delivering value. Enabling low and no code can lead organizations to expand application development beyond IT to “citizen” developers which can further support innovation and digital transformation. However, implementing application development capabilities without strategic guidance, clear governance, and robust process can create unmanageable maintenance challenges. This session will share how to ensure that your application development efforts are harnessed to your strategy for digital transformation, with appropriate guardrails to limit technical and portfolio risk.
