Abstract: "In a marketplace where competitive landscape shifts as quickly as the next tech innovation, CIOs are challenged to transform their organizations digitally and quickly. ServiceNow is no different. Our challenges were real, but today our efforts manifest in over 1000 processes across 6 departments mapped and stored in one-central location. We have a way to visualize, swiftly update existing and create new process, and view them cross-departmentally to identify synergies and find simplification opportunities.  In this session we demonstrate, soup to nuts, our journey through digital transformation: how we map, revise, review, evaluate processes, report progress, and generate digital maturity scores using our CMDB and Now Platform capabilities."
