Abstract: Our Learning Experience Platform, called Now Learning was built on our platform. It empowers and engages ServiceNow professionals to build expertise and certifications to help organizations realize business outcomes and people realize career goals. Our Partner Portal provides a suite of capabilities for partners to utilize personalized self-service, virtual bots, and real time chat support through our service portal. Guided navigation backed by intelligent workflows enable partners to stay on top of their deals and Implementations. Mobile capabilities bring the latest features to our partners anytime, anywhere. We will also demonstrate how we are using analytics, playbooks and workflows to drive customer success motions across the enterprise, as well as accelerating deal velocity through business rules and workflow.
