Abstract: In a world where more than 60% of employee issues in an enterprise are related to HR and IT, discover the journey our teams undertook to move from theory to practice -- working hand in hand to design and deliver experiences that mask the complexity of service delivery, bringing along Facilities, Finance, and Legal. By focusing on touchpoints to be intuitive to the end user through ServiceNow's platform capabilities, we were able to focus on priority big rocks our employees care about, innovate, and further automate our employees’ experience throughout their time with us.
