Abstract: Cybersecurity and risk are on top of mind for every company. Our Security Operations and GRC products have helped us manage our enterprise risks to our business and our customers. Because they are fully integrated together and with other ServiceNow products on the Now Platform®, we can better manage our overall cybersecurity program. In this session, we will discuss when controls fail and create risk exposure, we show how we track issues and remediation tasks to monitor how quickly we are addressing these risks. By having centralized issue and remediation in GRC, reporting on current issues, risk exposure, and delays is simple with no additional steps. Time is spent on resolving the issues and risks rather than coming up with a way to report them to stakeholders.
