Abstract:

Employees interact with facilities every day, but the intensity of that interaction is amplified when they first join the company, move locations, or when they need to secure facilities resources. A smooth, painless interaction between the employee and the facilities systems during these moments is key to a positive employee work experience. This session will demonstrate how the combination of ServiceNow’s HR solution, combined with Nuvolo’s Space & Move management module, eases the burden on the employee and the company during the onboarding process and throughout an employee’s tenure. Self-serve and virtual-agent-assisted conference scheduling, hoteling, and space planning with AutoCAD integration will all be demonstrated by Nuvolo, ServiceNow’s go-to partner for Facilities Management.
