Abstract:
This session will review how customers have implemented the ServiceNow’s Service Portal and Walk-up Experience in their companies. See how they have developed the next-generation service portal, a consumer-grade portal, enabling users to find solutions, engage support channels in a different, more effective way, and reduce calls to their service desks. Learn how the Walk-up Experience (London release) was moved to production within 6 weeks with very little customization needed.
