Abstract:

In financial services, organizations have made great strides in providing their customers with a seamless set of digital-first experiences but have lagged in providing the same consumer style experience to their own employees. With about 40% of the financial services industry’s workforce being made up of millennials, this means reimagining the employee experience will be critical to attract, engage, and retain top talent who thrive on digital-first experiences.
