Abstract: ServiceNow is gaining a larger footprint in organizations that have thousands of users and millions of customers. The amount of data in the platform is crying out to be seen and acted upon. I have worked on large Performance Analytics migrations from data warehouses and reimagining of silo'd implementations for small subsections of the platform. This session will look at how to maximize the flow of data in the platform to drive the transformation needed to stay competitive. Performance Analytics is the strategic method to visualize data for members at every level of the organization so they can make key decisions to drive the agenda of a digital enterprise.
