Abstract:
Dignity Health has 60,000 caregivers and staff who deliver excellent care to diverse communities in 21 states. Headquartered in San Francisco, Dignity Health is the fifth largest health system in the nation and the largest hospital provider in California.
This presentation walks the attendee through a successful ServiceNow governance model that is currently working at Dignity Health. The deck includes an overview of the model, and some simple tools that they use to facilitate effective governance. These tools will be great take away’s for the attendees to tweak and use in their own governance journies.
They then review how to balance your governance and include lessons learned that can help an organization continuously improve their governance. They also provide a number of key messages to help attendees on their governance journey, and finish this journey with an understand of the outcome of Successful Governance.
