Abstract:

GRC presents an opportunity for consolidating risk management data in an environment that extends into numerous aspects of the business. A key factor in successful adoption of a GRC solution is the rapid enablement of functionality. Legacy GRC systems have proven to be time consuming to implement, the typical time to value measured in months, and often years. ServiceNow offers an alternative. EY’s techniques in the deployment of ServiceNow GRC embrace iterative development, focus on a significant reduction in defined requirements and changes, promoting adoption and accelerating time to value. In this session we will discuss techniques we use to enable our clients on ServiceNow GRC and the differentiators that have made IRM on ServiceNow a success.
