Abstract:
Loma Linda University Health speaks about the ever-changing healthcare environment and the complexity in delivering on the benefits realized from strategic roadmaps and projects across multi-location health systems. A key priority is engaging their business through governance and ServiceNow automation. They'll share best practices for effective portfolio and decision-making through enterprise-wide governance, executive championship, and real-time dashboards in IT Business Management (ITBM). In 2018, they were able to produce a 33% reduction in ideas moving into demands and a 10% increase of additional resource assigned to complete new work.
