Abstract:
The Huntington ServiceNow application was identified by their risk/audit team as being a "Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Relevant Application." As a result of this status, ServiceNow had to undergo two access reviews each year to remain in compliance with company policy. ServiceNow Access Review was developed as a custom application using its own portal within the ServiceNow application, with automation capability built in. Join this session to see how this portal serves as the hub for all users who have responsibility to manage groups, users, and roles in ServiceNow.
