Things to know before you arrive at Knowledge 2019

Here we go!  You can’t imagine the excitement around here as we get ready to welcome you all to Las Vegas.  There are a few things on the top of my list to remind you about, so take a look below.  Not listed here – comfortable shoes.  So, don’t forget those!

1. Mobile App

Our Knowledge mobile app is ready for you to download.  It has everything you need to know including your personal agenda, maps and notifications.  Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the ServiceNow Events app today!

2. Know Before You Go Email

Yesterday, all attendees received an email with final information that will be helpful prior arriving at Knowledge. In addition, you’ll receive an email tomorrow (Friday, May 3) with a QR code for speedy check in.  That same code can be found in your mobile app.

3. Thursday evening – Vegas Experience

Don’t forget to make your selection for your Vegas Experience – our Thursday night party.  Sign up in Session Scheduler to secure your spot.  You will receive instructions onsite for how to pick up your credentials for the evening event.  Until then, feel free to visit our FAQ for more information.

4. Fireside Chat with Fred Luddy

Ever wondered about the story behind ServiceNow?  It’s a good one. Don’t miss the chance to hear from the founder himself, Fred Luddy, as he joins our CEO, John Donahoe, to talk about the future of work.  Add it to your schedule today!
