In this session, Dollar General will discuss their journey from a legacy HR system to ServiceNow’s innovative HR Service Delivery solution. With more than 135,000 employees, Dollar General quickly realized their legacy HR system was becoming more of a burden rather than a helpful business platform. The system was rigid, outdated, and had severe limitations, so it was near-impossible to make efficiency or process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
