Abstract: Nokas, one of the largest security guard companies in the nordics, have successfully transformed their business from being analog to going digital in all parts of their business. The goals have been to be best in class in automation and to make the working day better for their guards and clients. Using CSM and Field Services integrated with custom applications, this session will show how prototyping and thinking a little outside the box can totally transform a non-IT company like Nokas.
