Abstract:

Medtronic is a world leader in medical technology with more than 86,000 employees globally. Since 2014, Medtronic’s HR organization has been leveraging ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery solution and, most recently, Performance Analytics for HR to drive continuous improvement across the HR organization. In this session, Medtronic will share best practices and lessons learned on how to leverage ServiceNow’s Performance Analytics and out-of-the-box reporting solutions to track data across centers of excellence, drive consistency, and ultimately put information at the fingertips of the HR organization in a consumable manner.
