Hi,
I would like to add .oft file extension to the existing KB, how to disable the prohibited file extension prompt.

Hi Harish,
You may navigate to System property and search for "glide.attachment.extensions" property and your extension type, kindly refer to Service Now Knowledge base for permitted extension type as best practices.
Kindly try in PDI before implementing in any production instances.

Hello @Harishankar6266 ,
You can save any document with any format but dont and the .format name in the file.
List of file extensions (comma-separated) that can be attached to documents via the attachment dialog. Extensions should not include the dot (.) e.g. xls,xlsx,doc,docx. Leave blank to allow all extensions.
