Hi everyone,
I noticed that several knowledge management courses on the NowLearning platform are set to expire soon. I'm curious to know what others are doing in this situation. Are these courses archived somewhere for future reference?
Additionally, what are the best alternatives or replacements for these courses?
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

1. Checking with NowLearning Support: I reached out to the NowLearning team to ask if there’s any way to retain access to the expiring content or if it’s archived somewhere. They mentioned that while most courses are updated periodically, some older ones might get phased out. It’s worth opening a support ticket or posting in the forums to see if others have solutions.
2. Downloading Resources: For courses I’ve taken, I make it a habit to download any resources, guides, or notes they provide. While you won’t have the full course content, these materials are often enough to reference key concepts later.
3. Exploring Alternatives: If a course is critical and unavailable, I try to look for newer versions of the same topic on NowLearning or explore the ServiceNow Docs site. Community events, webinars, and user groups are also fantastic ways to learn from peers.
4. Connecting with Others: It’s always a good idea to check in with the ServiceNow community to see if others have saved notes or resources from those courses. Sometimes, people are willing to share tips or summaries that they've created.
