Anyone know when the PreConference Agenda will be out for Knowledge 17 ?

Hi All,

does anyone know when the Pre-Conference Agenda will be out ?
Kind if difficult to register without knowing whats going on.

All we will have a video on how to use Session Scheduler available here by end of week.

If you have been using Content Catalog and tagged/saved sessions   under 'my interests', they do not get auto populated in their schedule, they are saved in your account and you can click on them to add to your agenda. There is a left nav in the scheduler, 'interests' and that is where you can view your saved interests and add to your schedule if you wish.

I logged in and try to build the agenda for K17.   We can not add any session.

Thanks for your post. In order to add pre-conference sessions, you need to be first registered for the pre-conference package. This is in addition to the conference pass that you are already registered for. Maryam thank you for your replied.   I wasn't able to add any session.   The screenshot above session is on Wednesday 5/10.   I thought pre-conference is scheduled Sunday and Monday.   I've been advised that it should be available tomorrow.

Hi Clare! Thanks for the message.

Question: Do you know if some PreConference sessions were cancelled?

Because I was trying to look for Service Portal Advanced and Service Mapping Advanced for Implementation Specialist sessions and couldn't find them.

Could you please confirm this? I have 2 colleagues who wanted to join those sessions (and yes, they paid for PreConf sessions).
