does anyone know when the Pre-Conference Agenda will be out ?
Kind if difficult to register without knowing whats going on.

Hi Ramiro   the PCI sessions only show up for a partner who has purchased Pre-Con (since Pre-Con is only live right now) so unless someone has paid for Pre-Con and is a partner they won't see it. The specialist training is only available for partners. Please let me know if you continue to have challenges and we'll have our content team take a look at this for you. Cheers

Actually, we are SNow partners, so we should be able to see those sessions. I'm able to still seeing PCI4536 but can't see the Service Mapping Advanced one. Besides partners, should we need to have a special status on the partnership with SNow?

We pulled the Service Mapping Implementation Specialist training because it forced the content into too compressed of a timeframe, but we have Service Mapping, Event Management and Discovery 2-day training classes available. Best Claire
