Hi Team

 

will you pls explain, how to create a work flow on priority one tickets and how to assign the work to particular group and after that they will give approval and close the case

As you know, the incident process does NOT have a workflow so I should warn you not to complicate the process unnecessarily. 
Instead, investigate the Major Incident Management process/plugin since it seems to me  that is what you are looking for.

Agreed. I would thoroughly investigate Major Incident Management to see if it meets your needs prior to trying to develop something from scratch.

You can achieve this using Flow Designer. You can set up a Flow to Trigger when an Incident is created as your priority one, and set an action that it should assign to a specific team. 

Can you pls share one real time example
