Embedded help is missing on the project detail record when accessing from the Project Workbench

PPM -Project embeded help able to view in normal view

But when using Project work bench->Details tab- it is showing empty

but some are showing in Analytics tab & resource tab

How can we setup in detail tab in Console view !
