Here some feedback of the first day(s) of Knowledge18

I registration on Saturday Afternoon and normally there are no lines and it goes quickly. But now I was in shock big waiting lines!
Found out why, the registration program scans and load very very slow and took a long time to get a badge.
I hear this morning from other they shutdown Saturday en Sunday the registration for some time and it was too busy.

The badge is very flimsy but the backpack is even worse. from all those years the backpacks were great but this year is is very cheap and bad. mine ripped after I fill it with my stuff. And I am not the only complaining about this. In he waiting line for the training (as the scanners did not work) people where complaining about the badge and backpack to the ServiceNow staff (poor guys).

The breakfast (lunch) area is looking as a parking garage and there is no WiFi !:(  It is really a quick in & out. No social or networking there!

Training so far is great and working ok, only problem is there one power extension per table so bring long cables with you if you sit on the end..
And there are no bail points! so bring them! They even save on that.

Also the Knowledge18 and Content18 WiFi was gone for some time during the training, person next to me was prepared and had her own hotspot;-)

Lucky we had a early break, as when the real break time was there all the snacks (apples, bars, soda cans) were gone and taken away and no refill. Also very long lines for the coffee.

People are really complaining it is all on budget this year, no much dressing on with banners etc. the backpack, badge, no pens etc.
The experience is much less than previous years!

Even the SN staff confirm that, they say please put it on the Community....

The rooms for  'Improve your user onboarding' and 'Intro to app store development' were switched, but not updated in the app, which lead numerous people to the wrong place.

And the badge readers aren't working, which isn't helping.

Yeah I sneak in otherwise I was still standing in the line for the next 30 min so I think the Lab session will start late..

WiFi is the real killer for me, I’m here for the sessions and Labs, WiFi is KEY! I’m sitting here right now, in a lab, WiFi just not working. It’s fine for some, but many others, issues. It’s not me specifically, used in coffee shop fine, hotels, home, work, etc. Here in the lab, no go. They should go to wired connections on each table, this is nuts and I’m very disappointed!

There are wired connections at the back row tables during the sessions. So ar Wifi today is holding up.

Every hands-on lab session I had WiFi was spotty at best and typically I was changing between Content18 and Knowledge18 networks and most of the time still nothing. You'd think by day 3 they would have changed something. For hands on sessions it has to work, period and it simply didn't for 10-20% of the class it appeared.
