Getting 'Registration is disabled for this user...'

I have been getting this message all day. Many of my colleagues are able to register and see their daily schedule.

Is there a known workaround?

Jarod, are you registered for Pre-Conference?



Schedule Builder is opening for Pre-Conference Attendees first, and then the broader population. Watch for emails in the next coupe days.

Have you logged in using the username and password you registered with? It will tell you if you are logged in in the upper right corner of the screen

Thanks for your response. I can confirm I'm logged in with the correct account details.

Just to add to this clicking on My Account > My Portal confirms that I'm using the correct account details and I can see I've purchased "Knowledge17 Full Conference Upgrade"
