Hi @Ray20 ,
If you want to hide the service catalog for users to access from native view then you can disable the application under which service catalog module is present or you can disable the module it self from users see the catalog list view.
This is the way you can restrict users accessing the service catalog from native view which is a good practise.
If my response helped, then please mark my response as solution accepted and hit thumbs up so that it benefits future readers as well.

Thanks for the quick response.
We do not want to hide the entire Service Catalog, just specific Catalogs from the sc_catalog table. We still need other Catalogs to display their catalog items in the Service Catalog page (/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/catalog_home.do%3Fsysparm_view%3Dcatalog_default)

Hi @Ray20
But as a good practice all users should access service catalog for creating request from service portal or esc. So you can think of disabling the application or module if you don’t find a way to hide a specific catalog.
If my response helped, please mark it as solution accepted and hit thumbs up, so that it benefits future reader.
