Getting 'Registration is disabled for this user...'

I have been getting this message all day. Many of my colleagues are able to register and see their daily schedule.

Is there a known workaround?

Jarod, are you registered for Pre-Conference?



Schedule Builder is opening for Pre-Conference Attendees first, and then the broader population. Watch for emails in the next coupe days.

Scheduling is open for pre conference attendees first to allow them early access.



If you are registered for pre conference, you have access to scheduling now, everyone else who have access starting Monday.

Thanks Scott for the clarification.



I'm not registered for pre-conference, however just got confused with the fact that on the dashboard it doesn't stipulate that message only that scheduling is now live. Perhaps this could be updated.

Try scheduling now.



Scheduling was live for only pre conference to give them an early start, but it's now live for everyone.



Email scheduled to go out at noon pacific time so you have a couple hours advanced notice

The pre-conference course I was trying to register for, PCC4516 ServiceNow Service Portal, filled up before I could my registration corrected. Any chance of a second section opening up?

There has been lots of interested in a few classes and the team is working on a couple ways to re balance the presenters and space we have. While I don't have any specifics yet, we hope to able to increase opportunities for these sessions soon
