I have been getting this message all day. Many of my colleagues are able to register and see their daily schedule.
Is there a known workaround?

Schedule Builder is opening for Pre-Conference Attendees first, and then the broader population. Watch for emails in the next coupe days.

Is that something extra, or is it included with the "Full Conference Pass"?

You need to go to registration page and add CreatorCon to your registration package. It is in addition to full conference pass, but doesn't cost you extra.
