How can I extend the instance if it is showing cannot be extend? As I am upgrading to SNow now

Lab instances are restricted and can only be extended several times. If you want to continue your learning journey you need to grab a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) at developer.servicenow.com. Such a PDI can be extended as often as you want.

Hi there,
Lab instances can only be extended a few times. Not unlimited. For most courses, you can request a new lab instance though.
If running into any issues with lab instances, raise a personal case on Now Learning. The Community site is not the place for this.
