Hi,
I have a query on how an author gets to know whether a feedback task is provided for their article.
And also if author does some changes to that article is it a manual work to change the state from New to Resolved for its happens automatically.
Thanks in advance

Hi @Nivedha G
Knowledge owners can see the feedbacks under Knowledge > Feeback management > Feedback in application navigator, and notifications are sent out to the owners and authors.
It is a manual effort to change the state to Resolved.

Navigate to the Knowledge Base: Access the Knowledge Base module.
Find your article: Locate the specific article you authored.
Review the article details: Look for a section related to feedback or comments. This might be indicated by icons or labels like "Feedback," "Comments," or "Ratings."
Check for associated tasks: In the feedback section, you might see details or links to any related tasks created for feedback or review. These tasks might have states like "New," "In Progress," or "Resolved."
