I believe the Knowledge website had a countdown for the session scheduler that was supposed to go live today. How do we access the session scheduler?

I emailed ServiceNow and received this response, looks like the scheduler is delayed until later this month:
Hello,
Thank you for your email. We do apologize for any confusion. The launch of the content catalog has been delayed, it is expected to go live towards the end of the month. Please note all registered attendees will receive an email notification at that time.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Kind regards,
Natalie Fisher

I didn't receive an email about the Agenda Scheduler being open, but I did notice it's available on the site. Unfortunately, when I tried to launch it, I got this error "SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 7 no connection to the server".

This has been the roughest Knowledge sign-up yet. Cryptic registration page, hidden logon screens, hidden hotel costs, poor explanations of options, and now a delayed scheduler.
