How to Access Session Scheduler?

I believe the Knowledge website had a countdown for the session scheduler that was supposed to go live today.  How do we access the session scheduler?

Sad I had to hear it was open from somebody from the forum. Promised was they we will get a email when the scheduler was open. That never happend

But indeed it is not a improvement of the previous years! Really hard to get a good schedule. First off all it is hard to login as the site is too busy and then you find sessions that are already full.

It should be improving with the years but that is no the case. I think I will skip next year..

Alex, an email was sent to ALL registered attendees Friday March 30th announcing that Schedule Builder was open. Were you registered then? Might it have gone to spam folder?

We also posted here, and via social media to try and reach the most people we can.

This is the first I am hearing of load balancing issues, and over 30,000 sessions have been added to personal calendars since last Friday. Can you provide more details on when you had issues with the site being too busy? (thanks)

Also, I am aware of only one (maybe two) pre-conference that had reached capacity at this point and we are adjusting rooms to increase these capacities so check back on sessions you are interested in.

(BTW, if you are registered as Pre-conference, that email was sent Thursday night around 10:30pm)find_real_file.png

I did get the email, but it was sent out after business hours the night before the scheduler went live. I did not have any trouble with sessions being full, but if that had been an issue, I would have been quite frustrated at the minimal notice. I didn't check my work email after hours that day, so I only knew about the launch of the session builder from a coworker's text message.

We had four people attempt to use the session builder the morning it was released. For a period of 30-45 minutes, we were generally unsuccessful in even getting the pages to load, and probably managed to sign up for no more than 1-2 pre-conference sessions amongst the four of us before that time had elapsed, because of the incredibly poor performance of the site. After that period, the session builder worked for us without technical issue (usability aside). These were not internal network issues. I was also in touch with a friend in another state at a different company who had the same performance issues at the same time.

Yes I do also the pre-conference training and no I did not get any of those emails. And no nothing in the Spam folder. I did got all previous emails of Knowledge18 without any issue.

Problem I got was during my late afternoon/evening (morning US time) I got time out with SSO (Okta) first wo evenings I could not get in. Finally pass that then it was ok (morning my time zone is ok).

So far I get my schedule complete. Just more work and frustrating then last years.

Thanks for the reply!

Last year I could read through the whole catalog and flag items I was interested in and then use that list to build a schedule that doesn't conflict. Why did you find the need to rebuild it all and remove features like this?? So frustrating.
