How to Access Session Scheduler?

I believe the Knowledge website had a countdown for the session scheduler that was supposed to go live today.  How do we access the session scheduler?

we moved to a new vendor this year for a series of reasons. This feature wasn't available in time so we were unable to provide. Apologies for the frustration

I found that if I open my personal schedule in a print view, I can use it to find holes to fill. The only problem is there is no easy way to find items to fill the holes. You can only view the scheduler by day and have to search for times. 

Can you please make it easier to find times. Maybe move the time ranges to the left so they stand out. Like this:

Or you can just show the times on each item.
