Hi Community,
I am doing the integration with between the two servicenow instances for knowledge management, in this case if i add the any attachment on knowledge article body, the same content should reflect into the target instance, in this case attachment sys_id should be same in the both the instances. In this case how we can create attachment on target instance with the same sys_id in the source instance. Someone please help me on this.
Thanks in advance,
Harsha Reddy

Hi Mark,
My requirement needs to fetch articles from one instance to another instance, in article body might be chance to add jpeg, png etc., article body is html field in that if we add any attachment, it stores the sys_id of attachment if i fetch that article body, the same sys_id attachment will not found on target instance, article body shows as undefined. If same sys_id attachment not possible, can you please suggest any other best practice method.
Thanks

Only solutions are cloning, or the use of update sets. Best practice is to create Knowledge articles on the instance they are used (it's data), so you don't need any integration.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
