How to open a form directly when clicked on the module

Need to open the form directly when clicked on the module option? Anyone faced similar requirement.

In the link type of the module, chose link type to be URL (from arguments)

argurments: /table_name.do?sys_id=-1

arguments: give the specified URL of the form u want to navigate.
