How to troubleshoot event fired email notification failed for a specici user

I have set up a notification which is fired by an event. Once the event is triggered it is creating an event in event log and the event is getting processed. However, one specific user is not receiving. Notification or it’s not creating any entry in sys_email table. But for other users who has same access and groups it’s working fine.

also in the notification, trigger to event creator is checked. Notification preferences are enabled.

user has a valid and active account with proper email address.

please suggest how to troubleshoot this further.

Please confirm, Whether the user is getting any other email from ServiceNow?

Hi,

Please check if Notification filed is set to 'Enable' for user or not in sys_user table.
