Yes, i agree.  i clicked the email as soon as it came in and quite a few of the items were already full.  

it's digital, not limited by classroom space, open up to everyone who wants to participate in a session.

While I agree with Mr. Young, should you keep your thread open and unanswered until ServiceNow offers a resolution? This might generate more traffic and demand to resolve.

This is not a correct answer!  Sessions are not open to everyone just because its virtual or digital.

Agreed. Very frustrating. Especially for the non-lab sessions that don't require instances. Even for the labs, provide update sets to configure a developer instance/company sandbox or scale up for the conference.

Agreed.  Everything I wanted to attend is full.  Was originally scheduled to go to Orlando so disappointing and frankly really frustrating that I can't find one session I can attend that I'm excited about.
