Yes, i agree.  i clicked the email as soon as it came in and quite a few of the items were already full.

it's digital, not limited by classroom space, open up to everyone who wants to participate in a session.

Waiting until the prior week to release a session schedule prevents any ability to plan attendance. Of course, underestimating demand and immediately filling every session, especially if later time zones have a timing advantage, also prevents planning future attendance.

Are we supposed to plan to connect each week so that we can search for an open lab session expecting all labs sessions to already be full then repeat the cycle of frustration again 5 more times?

Note about Live Lab and Meet Up sessions at Knowledge:
Here is some important information that will be helpful as your customers have questions about full sessions in the agenda builder. While this is a virtual event, we are also offering some live sessions that have a limit to ensure the best attendee experience. The OnDemand content does not have any attendance limitations.
We will include this on the Agenda Builder but please note:
  1. If the lab session is full (capacity is 150), it will be offered on demand starting the following week.
  2. If the Meet Up is full (capacity is 30), we are offering live sessions every week for six weeks. Each Friday, the new schedule will be published.

150 people cap for a event that has 10k+ people attend. Seems about the right setup to have.

Gina,

This is extremely disappointing. For those of us who have been trying to ensure our schedule is clear for next week, to find out 3 days before it starts, that the stuff we want to attend is not going to be available. And if we want to see it when it happens again, we need to make the decision the Friday before that? And try to reschedule meetings to fit that?

I know Covid messed a lot of things up, but I'm sorry - this is a very very poor experience.
