On demand is a helpful alternative to the live labs only as long as the lab instance (or update sets to make a PDI match the lab instance) are also available so that you can follow the guide/recording and get same results they are showing you should get. Will this information also be available "on demand" or will it just be the recording and the lab guide?

It is my understanding that the entire lab will be recorded for replay purposes.

The recording is great, but will the instance its performed on (with whatever data, plugins, etc loaded on it that is needed to do the lab) also be available so those that have to take the lab on demand can complete it as if we were able to take it live? Or at least an update set with the data that can be loaded into a personal developer instance, so that we can complete the lab on our own? A recording of a lab isn't very useful if you can't actually complete the lab and get the same results as the 150 lucky people that got to take it live.

Replays are helpful but a replay of a lab is similar to watching YouTube in lieu of attending ILT.

Even clicking the same lab session each day was full. Apparently, ServiceNow intends to add content a week in advance which prevents planning. If every session will be full immediately then we would be planning on what to not be able to attend.

Hopefully, ServiceNow will work out this service disruption quickly and deliver a resolution.
